These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and axe88 ("axe88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the axe88 online gaming platform available at axe88.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by axe88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register and use axe88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. axe88 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is lawful.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by axe88 or any PAGCOR-affiliated responsible gaming registry.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of axe88 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

axe88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.

3.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming on axe88, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one axe88 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. axe88 may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. axe88 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. You agree to notify axe88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. axe88 is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by axe88. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.5 Account Accuracy. axe88 reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided during registration or at any subsequent time.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. axe88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your axe88 account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. axe88 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Deposits do not earn interest.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. axe88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from lawful sources. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. axe88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.6 AML Compliance. axe88 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, which may delay transaction processing.

5.1 General. axe88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. axe88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. axe88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on axe88 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on axe88 use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game information panel.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, axe88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. axe88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. axe88 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the axe88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to axe88 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing axe88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the axe88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of axe88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of axe88.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, axe88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 axe88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your axe88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 axe88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your device and connection are secure.

axe88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

axe88 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with Philippine law.

axe88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously.

11.1 Age Restriction. axe88 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits refunded, with winnings forfeited.

11.2 Player Tools. Every axe88 account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after a set duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account and request exclusion from the Platform.

12.1 By axe88. axe88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your axe88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the axe88 Platform, you agree to first contact axe88's support team to seek an informal resolution. axe88 will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with axe88's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.

axe88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, axe88 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
